1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, absolutely. I love photographing weddings in new locations. Whether it’s another city in New Zealand or an overseas destination, I’m happy to travel. Travel fees vary depending on location, and I’ll provide a clear quote upfront so there are no surprises.

2. How long does it take to receive our photos?

You’ll receive a preview gallery within 1 week. Full wedding galleries are delivered within 4–8 weeks depending on the season. Engagement and portrait sessions are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a new date based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date, but they can be transferred to a new date if your plans change within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes — all of the above. You’ll receive high-resolution digital images in a private online gallery. You also have the option to order professional-quality prints, framed artwork, and custom-designed wedding albums if you’d like something physical to display or gift.

5. We’re awkward in photos... can you help?

Yes — most couples say this! I’ll guide you through comfortable, natural posing so it never feels forced. My approach is relaxed and easy-going, helping you both feel confident and yourselves.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, definitely. If there are specific poses, moments, or people you want captured, just let me know before the session or on the day. I’m happy to work from a shot list or mood board for inspiration. I’ll also guide you through natural posing and candid moments so the photos feel effortless and genuine.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely. I always offer a call or in-person meet-up before your wedding to get to know you, discuss timelines, and make sure we’re aligned on what matters most to you. We can also meet for other type of sessions including Portraits.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You’ll receive a small preview selection within the first week so you have something to enjoy and share. Full galleries are delivered within 4–8 weeks depending on the season and the scope of your session.
